Yes. When you make your site you can add one sentence about what it's for, such as "booking commissions", "my bakery" or "just me", and the design will lean that way. After that, the Custom design changes upgrade lets you ask for specific changes.

No, and we'll never ask. We read only what your public profile already shows to anyone on the internet. There's no login, no app authorization and nothing to revoke later.

Your name, bio, profile photo, follower count and the imagery from your profile. On Instagram that's your story highlight covers. On TikTok it's your clips. We only read what's public.

Not while it's private, because we can only see public profiles. Switch it to public, make your site, and then you can switch it back. Your site keeps the copy it took.

Image links from Instagram and TikTok expire within hours. We keep a copy next to your site so your images don't break.

Instagram and TikTok change how they show profiles without warning, so a read sometimes comes back incomplete. If your page isn't what you hoped, try again later or get in touch and we'll take a look.

No. GetPrettyCool isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, TikTok or ByteDance. We use those names only to say where your content comes from.

Not to make a site. You'll get a link without one. A free account is how you claim the site: claiming moves it to pretty.cool/yourhandle, lists it in Creators, lets search engines find it, and gives you My Account for managing it and any upgrades.

Once you claim it, yes. It gets its own address, is listed in our sitemap, and is linked from your Creators listing. Unclaimed sites are hidden from search engines. If you add a custom domain, search engines are told that your domain is your site's address.

Anyone can generate a page from a public profile, but only you can claim it, and unclaimed pages are hidden from search engines. If you find a page for your handle that you didn't make, claim it or contact us and we'll sort it out.

AI-written copy can sometimes miss, so read your site before you share it. You can regenerate the site, fix specific things with Custom design changes, or remove it.

Messages from visitors to a claimed site go to the email address on your account.

Yes. You can regenerate it, change it with the design upgrade, or remove it from your account at any time.

Bring a domain you already own, or one you've just bought. We give you the exact records to add at your registrar and check them every fifteen minutes until they're right. Once your domain is verified, we set up the security certificate and move your site over to it. If you cancel, your site goes back to its getprettycool.com address.

It's a chat. Type something like "the green is too bright" or "put my email above the gallery" in your own words. Your live page is updated in a minute or two, and anything you didn't mention stays the same. Every change can be undone, and our team can join the chat if something needs a person to look at it. Each purchase includes an allowance of changes. A meter shows how much you've used, and you can buy more whenever you need to.

Connect your Stripe account, or create one, with a single button. Then add products in your own Stripe dashboard: prints, sessions, merch, digital downloads or subscriptions. A shop section appears on the pages you choose. Visitors pay through Stripe's secure checkout, and the money goes to your Stripe balance. You're the seller, and we never hold your customers' money.

Your free site is a complete one-page site that we look after. A Stand alone WordPress site is one you edit yourself: more pages, a blog, a full shop, and anything you can add with WordPress plugins. We move your design over so it looks the same from day one, then give you the login. Hosting, updates and backups are included while you subscribe. It works well with a custom domain.

Custom domain name, Stripe Catalog and Stand alone WordPress site are yearly subscriptions that renew automatically. Custom design changes is a one-time purchase.

All upgrades go through our normal checkout, and card payments are processed securely by Stripe. After you buy, each upgrade has its own page in My Account where you set it up and check its status.

You can cancel at any time from My Account. Cancelling stops future renewals. When a Custom domain subscription ends, your site goes back to its getprettycool.com address. When a Stripe Catalog subscription ends, the shop section comes off your site. Your Stripe account and products stay yours.

No. The free site is yours either way. Cancelling an upgrade only removes that upgrade.
